Exchanges: 1 meat, 1 bread, 1/2 milk, 1/2 fat
Ingredients:
2 8-ounce packages fat-free cream cheese
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 packages sugar-free hot chocolate mix (dry)
1 small sugar-free chocolate pudding
1-1/2 cup skim milk
4 ounces Cool Whip Lite
1 graham cracker pie crust, reduced fat
Preparation:
Cream softened cream cheese with 1/2 cup skim milk using back of spoon. Add cocoa mix and vanilla. Beat remaining 1-cup milk with pudding mix. Add to cream cheese mixture. Fold in Cool Whip Lite. Place in pie crust.
