Ingredients:
1 8-ounce package cream cheese (fat-free)
2 tablespoons skim milk
3 tablespoons any flavor All Fruit
1 8-ounce Cool Whip Lite
4 medium bananas, (or berries to equal 8 fruits)
1 low-fat graham cracker crust
Preparation:
Cream together cream cheese, milk and All Fruit. Add 6 ounces thawed Cool Whip Lite (reserving 2 ounce for top of pie). Line pie crust with sliced bananas or berries. Add cream cheese mixture. Top with remaining Cool Whip Lite.
Exchanges: 1/2 meat, 1 bread, 1 fruit, 1/2 fat
