Ingredients:
4 (3-ounce) Vegetarian Burgers cut into strips
4 cups frozen, Chinese vegetables, thawed
2 teaspoons olive oil
2 tablespoons teriyaki baste and glaze mixed with 2 teaspoons water
2 cups prepared brown rice
Preparation:
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Saute vegetables until crisp tender. Add burger strips and saute an additional 2 minutes. Coat with teriyaki mixture until heated throughout. Divide mixture evenly onto 4 plates with 1/2 cup rice each.
Exchanges: 2 meats, 2 breads, 1+ vegetable, 1/2 fat
