Ingredients:
2 tablespoons orange juice
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger or 1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
1 cup sliced strawberries
1/2 cup honeydew balls
1/2 cup cantaloupe balls
1/2 cup seedless white grapes
1/2 cup seedless red grapes
Preparation:
Combine juice and ginger in a bowl and add fruit. Toss to coat. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Makes four 3/4-cup serving.
Nutritional Information Per Serving: 52 Calories; trace Fat (4.3% calories from fat); 1g Protein; 13g Carbohydrate; 2g Dietary Fiber; 0mg Cholesterol; 5mg Sodium.
