Serves: 18 (1/2 cup per serving)

Ingredients:
2 bunches fresh chopped broccoli
1 cup raisins
1 medium onion to equal 3 tablespoons
4 tablespoons Bacos
1 cup diet mayonnaise
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 packets Equal

Preparation:
Mix dressing. Pour over broccoli mixture, stir and chill until ready to serve.

Nutritional Information Per Serving: 88 Calories; 4g Fat (39.1% calories from fat); 3g Protein; 12g Carbohydrate; 2g Dietary Fiber; 4mg Cholesterol; 112mg Sodium.
