Serves: 1 1/4 cup (1 tablespoon per serving)

Ingredients:
1 ripe avocado (about 3/4 cup)
1/2 cup Tofu Salad Dressing (See recipe)
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon black pepper


Preparation:
Combine ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
