Serves: 1

Ingredients:
1 cup orange juice (not concentrate)
1-1/4 cup hulled and quartered strawberries
1 fresh banana, sliced and frozen (may use other fruits)

Preparation:
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Substitute 1 cup skim milk or low-fat plain yogurt for orange juice.

Nutritional Information Per Serving: 280 Calories; 2g Fat (5.9% calories from fat); 4g Protein; 67g Carbohydrate; 10g Dietary Fiber; 0mg Cholesterol; 6mg Sodium.
