Ingredients:
1-1/4 cups strawberries (sliced & frozen)
1/2 banana (sliced & frozen)
Sugar-free 7-Up, Ginger-ale, Diet Sprite

Preparation:
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth, using the amount of diet soda desired.

Nutritional Information Per Serving: 117 Calories; 1g Fat (7.2% calories from fat); 2g Protein; 28g Carbohydrate; 6g Dietary Fiber; 0mg Cholesterol; 3mg Sodium.

Variations:
Other fruits of choice can be substituted such as peaches, blueberries, nectarines, or crushed pineapple (in unsweetened juice) to create different flavors. (Check the First Place "Live-It Plan" for quantity needed for one fruit exchange.)
