Ingredients:
1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs 3 fat-free graham cracker squares
12 oz. artificially sweetened vanilla-flavored nonfat frozen yogurt (or fat-free ice cream)
1 c. light whipped topping
3 tbsp. chunky peanut butter
1 1.4 oz. box sugar-free chocolate-flavored instant pudding
Preparation:
Press graham-cracker crumbs into an 8x8-inch baking dish; set aside. In large bowl, combine frozen yogurt, whipped topping, peanut butter and pudding mix; stir well and pour into pan, being careful not to disturb the crumbs. Freeze 2 hours or until firm. Let thaw 10 minutes before serving.
