For the badges/name tags I have an idea to do them in day one crafts-have the kids write their names & agent code name, then stamp their fingerprint onto the badge, last using silouettes of a spy(long hair, short, girl, boy, hat, no hat, etc) let them pick a spy pic to be on the badge. Or if you have an IZone polaroid camera you can take the pic of the child & use the sticker film to have small pic that is a sticker. I had thought of using a luggage tag or zipper pull type badge from OT. (most of these came from a birthday party site looking under spy parties.http://http://www.birthdaypartyideas.com/html/spy_party.html

I couldn't wait to design my nametags this year. Each child will have their own ID number that follows their teachers number and there is also a space for their thumb print. There is room for their name, grade, and teacher. Each class has a different color and access level. At the end of the day I am going to draw 5 ID numbers and they will advance on the gameboard that I am going to have. I attached a picture so you can see a sample.

I am going to drag my laptop and printer to the church. On the first day, hopefully, my brother will be taking each childs picture as they come in. I will get someone to print off the pictures and get them to the kids as quickly as possible. We have the badges from OT that we have for our monthly Kid's Night Out that we also reuse for VBS. The pictures will be printed right on the nametag so we don't lose any pictures.
