Father, I thank you for the devotion Leanna is showing to you by taking on this new FP class. Bless her abundantly as she prepares for this responsibility. Prepare the hearts of the members who will be in this class and give them a strong desire to transform their lives according to your purpose. Work out all the details, Lord, and make this class a real blessing to Leanna. Give her confidence as a leader to teach the Live-It and encourage her members. And Lord, we give you control of the results. We know you will work in a mighty way in each member. In Jesus' name I pray, Amen.

Leanna, I know it is overwhelming at first, but remember you know more than those who are just starting in First Place, because you are preparing ahead. Also, if God has called you to this ministry, He will strengthen and guide you. I can tell you that from experience. I've been a leader since 1997 and He's always there for you. You can do all things through Him Who strengthens you. The materials in the Leader's Kit are great and I suggest you follow their suggestions. I always pray that God will send those to my group who need and want to be there. My prayer is that you grow in the Lord and that you will be able to see growth in those under your ministry. It is a ministry and it is very rewarding when He is first place in all you do.
