Planning Checklist

I'm so new at the planning part of this, and need everything I can get. I have the basic starter kit, have ordered the camp journals, etc. Planned out some decorating and all of the craft ideas. We have set dates, too.

Does anyone have planning checklists??? Are there some in the starter kit that I just haven't seen yet?

I would like something that lists out jobs, when do do what, etc.

Also, any good scheduling templates or ideas.

Just as an FYI, This year we will have 2 hours per night for 5 nights and on the sixth night, will do a campout or lock-in, so we'll need activities set up for the kid's then, too.

I'd love anything that you think might help me!!!

Christiana - The Directors Guide and the Directors Guide CD are what you are looking for. It is the most helpful thing in the kit. Read it all. The CD has the directors checklist and some sample schedules.
