A neighboring church loaned us their decorations. They made a beautiful merry go round with a deck umbrella in its stand. They put silver streamers down the wooden pole and then hung wrapping paper tubes wrapped with streamers and a large animal cut out from each of the end points. Sorry I didn't get a picture, but it was really cute - and pretty simple to make.
