Parent Evaluation Form

I posted a parent evaluation form at VBSHelp.com (http://vbshelp.com/index.php?option=com_remository&Itemid=151&func=select&id=19&orderby=4)
It might take a day to be posted.

It has a quick thank you to the parents. It lists the classes and a rating of 1-5. A place for suggestions and comments, and a teaser for next year. Right now it has the name but I might make it a riddle to a reference to outside.

I have a teacher one too I am updating.

What a great idea TrinityJen! I would have never of though of that. Your getting the parents' feedback and exciting the kids about next years theme. Awesome!

I know I am using the form I got from someone else - I must have picked it up at a VBS I visited. This will be the 3rd year we've used it. It have changed things after reading the evaluations from the parents and the other volunteers. Like this year we did away with the skits and added more music. We are using the Bible preview instead, I already have plans to improve that for next year. (better prep mostly)
