I remember the last two years I was so excited for GL to announce the following year theme. My daughter has already asked about the 2009 theme to which I replied, "I may not go with GL next year because I have been very disappointed this year". I don't write this as a dig on your product; we have used GL for 5 years now and have loved it! This year I was disappointed that the music books did not come with the starter kits and cost me $20 a piece additional to purchase. We did not use a single craft or snack idea because they were based too much on the theme and not enough on the Bible story. The music director has complained (she complained last year too) that the music and motions are too complicated to teach in a weeks time. It frustrates my music directors to no end that the motions are not included in the song book and have to be written in. This year I have felt that I only purchased a fun theme idea and awesome Bible stories. I will not purchase GL next year simply on faith like I have the past 4 years. I will, however, be watching these boards to see what improvements will be made for future curriculums.

I thought I'd start a new thread where anyone who would like to can post ideas for things they think would improve future VBS programs.

Another great way to give your input is by filling out the Director's Questionnaire - available online for the first time this year.

Click here (http://www.zoomerang.com/Survey/survey.zgi?p=WEB227U825ELPP) to go to the questionnaire for SonWorld Adventure Park VBS.

Thanks for all you do to share God's love with kids year after year!
