I just thought I would share something that I did with our kids, and they loved it. I found post-it notes that were yellow flowers, (they looked like popcorn kernels). I printed labels with the kids first and last names and put them on the post-its. I then stuck them all over the walls in the church (in areas the children would be walking throughout the day). At opening worship I told them how "popular" they are with God and how he knows each and every one of them. They were told they were to scavenger hunt for their names. I made the youngest kids in the easiest places and the older kids in harder spots. When they brought me their name from the wall, they each got a snack size bag of microwave popcorn, that I put a label on that said "You are POPular with God and with me" Love, Mrs. Smith. The kids loved this little hunt. Especially the older kids. Just an idea that worked for me.

Here's another quick idea--at our closing program, the kids sang Choose Jesus at the end and several youth helpers tossed out ribbon streamers into the audience for a parade effect. Everyone loved it!
