Group Names and Signs

Here are the names and signs I am using this year. I only have 5 groups so I can get by with the 5 skits characters as groups:

Blackbird's Swabbies
Dusty's Ranch Hands
Flora Roses' Castle Crew
Skip's Space Explorers
Williams Froggy Friends (PreK/K)

For the signs I will print them poster print on full sheet labels mount them on poster board and connect them to the pvc pipe sign poles I use every year.

I made these on the computer first and printed them out on 4 x 6 photo paper. Each group has a tote for their stuff and I placed these on the totes as labels. Then, I printed out the characters on 8.5 x 11 sheets of semi-gloss brochure paper and printed the names separately on 8.5 x 11 sheets of the same. I cut them out and placed them on poster board signs folded in half so that they looked the same as the 4x6's. My husband made sign holders for me this year that we can use year after year. He used cardboard, broomsticks and a metal stand. The poster board is folded in half and taped at the sides so that they can slide over the cardboard signs like an outer sleeve.
