Serves: 12

Exchanges: 1/2 meat, 1 1/2 breads, 1 fat

Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup Honey Bunches of Oats Cereal
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup Splenda
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup mashed bananas
1 cup skim milk
1 egg, beaten

Preparation:
In a large bowl stir together the flour, cereal, sugar, Splenda, and baking powder. In a small bowl combine the peanut butter, mashed bananas, milk, and egg until well blended. Stir into flour mixture until just moistened. Divide between 12 muffin cups and bake at 400?F for 20 minutes or until golden. Cool.
