Here are my giant crayons. I used pool noodles from Dollar Tree. Colored paper and my ink-jet printer.

I included the image for that that want to use it, but you will need a poster print capability in your image software to be able to print it. I enlarged it to fit on 4-8.5X11 sheets, trimmed the edges with a paper trimmer and carefully glued them together.

I started by cutting off about four inches of noodle to use to make plugs. I made the plugs by carving them into dowel shaped plugs and glued them into the holes on each end of the noodles. I then used a sharp knife to carve the ends into the shape of a crayon, smoothed it with sandpaper and glued on the label.

When I made the label I used the word Crayon rather than the name brand, to avoid copyright and licensing issues.
