Ok, having read some of the posts on this forum I'm thinking that Satan is trying to get a foothold in VBS. We have a vital ministry in the Church. Satan doesn't like this and he seems to be trying to discourage a number of us and bring down our ministries to the children of the world. VBS is a world-wide ministry and we are reaching kids for Christ. We need to encourage each other and keep each other going. This forum is a wonderful place to come and receive encouragement from other VBS directors. I would like to propose that we take it a step further and start a group called "VVPP". This stands for Vital VBS Prayer Partners. It won't take a lot of time or effort but it WILL make a difference. I am asking that each person commits to pray for VBS world-wide for 5 minutes each day. Take time to mention names you've read on this forum or that you may know from other contacts. Pray for your own VBS and for others around the world. Pray for the leaders and the children who attend. Pray for the parents. Pray for anything you can think of ... just PRAY. We ARE making a difference in children's lives and Satan is not going to stop us. If you have specific prayer points, leave them on this forum so that others around the world can pray for you. OK, gotta go - I'm going to start off this morning praying for Ana and Maanki as they go through their tough times. Hoping you'll join me.
