So who has some ideas for Recreation?
In particular any good ways to entertain Pre-K and K children for 20 min on a small lawn?

You might be pleasantly surprised at what a few buckets of water and some old paint brushes will do for the youngsters. Let them paint the outside of the building, the driveway, whatever. Put a little dishsoap in and they go NUTS. Also, this age group relishes the chance to toss beanbags. You could also purchase sticky darts (plastic reusable darts with blunt sticky stuff on the tips) from www.ustoy.com. They are completely harmless, totally cheap, and sooooooo fun. Just copy one of the Sonworld themes onto a posterboard...tape it up outside, and let the kids take turns. I can promise you from years of experience.....this game is ALWAYS a fave with the little ones. No matter what, never underestimate the power of bubbles!

We have a small lawn, too. We're planning on using the Early Childhood games in the Recreation & Snack Guide. I don't have the book with me right now, but I remember that the one where the kids take turns carrying a couple of balloons in a relay seems to have a theme park feel and it will be easy to do. You can also have the kids hop like William the Frog across the lawn--each time they make it across they get one of the SonWorld stickers.
