Matthew 28:20
“Be certain of this, I am with you always, even to the end of the world.”

This is a wonderful promise of God to be with us always! We have a Constant Companion Who stands watch over us, protecting and guiding us twenty-four hours a day.
With that thought in mind, consider your unwillingness to exercise when you know you should. It is late in the day and you are tired. The last thing you want to do is exercise. Now you are wishing you had exercised earlier when you had the opportunity instead of putting it off. But if Jesus lives in you and is with you always, surely He can give you the strength to get up and get moving.
Remember that you aren’t just exercising for yourself. You do it for your spouse and family because you want to spend as many happy and healthy years with them as you can. You do it for others whose lives you touch with your Christian witness. You do it for your employer because you won’t be missing so much work due to illness. But most of all you exercise for the Lord because you love Him and want to glorify Him with your entire being.
When you exercise, you do so for many reasons, but mainly for those you love and for God Who is with you always.
Jesus made the most of each day He lived while on the earth and it is His desire for you to live life with the same passion He did!
