You need to be careful because if I am not mistaken, there is a high sugar content in v8 Fruit Fusion. Check the labels.
How far off are you on your veggies? Maybe we might be able to come up with a way that you can get them in without having to drink them.

I get 1-2 and I need 3-4, I am so picky and all the vegis I like are free or breads! Go figure!

Vegetables are our cancer and disease fighting foods. The bigger variety of them you eat the better. Pray and ask God to change your taste. This is what I had to do in the beginning because I was so addicted to junk and starch. I allowed myself to get really hungry and that is when even vegetables began to look and taste good to me. It is also important as to how you prepare them, season them and present them on your plate to look good to the eye. Now I eat any kind of vegetable I can get my hands on especially cooked greens such as collards. They are soooo good and very filling.

Hi !!:)
At my "live" group last night a member voiced frustration with this same thing!!!:(
Some of the other class members recommended to her, to eat raw carrots dipped in fat free Ranch dressing, or celery dipped in salsa, or celery with a SMIDGE of peanut butter and/or raisins or fat free cream cheese.:p
Also you could slice a cucumber and on a plate, make yourself some "hors d'ouerves" ...... a slice of cucumber topped with a pickle slice, a little square of cheese and a dot of mustard.:p
Worth a try I think........;)
Let us know how you do!!

Are cucumbers counted as a veggie? According to the Live-It they are "free". My interpretation was that if they are on the free list, they don't count as veggies. If so then this would be good news for one of my members that is also struggling with this same thing.
Thank You.
