Looking for Ideas

We are using the Son Harvest materials for our Kid's Camp. We have over 60 kids overnight - much longer than the normal 3 hours or so. I'm looking for one craft that will take a longer period of time to do that goes with the theme. Maybe something made of wood that the kids would have to sand and paint.

We are recycling the Son Harvest materials from five years ago. In the craft book, there is a Barn Bookshelf that looks cute and says it is a 2 day craft (20 - 25 minutes per day). I don't know if the pattern is in the new kit or not.
