Has anyone used the First Place aerobic and strength training DVD "Moving To The Word?" Our group meetings include exercise and I am always looking for new workout routines. The problem is that the majority of exercise videos are so far advanced, they are more for professional athletes and dancers, not your average, everyday Jane Doe. So far our group has a variety of exercise DVD's that we use, but find that Leslie Sansone's Indoor Walking program is by far the best. Before I purchase anything new, I like to find out if it is something our group can use and benefit from. So if anyone can give me some first hand information about the First Place workout I mentioned, I would appreciate it.
Thanks and God bless,
Suzy Q

The "Moving to the Word" aerobic and strength training have three ladies doing the exercises. One of them shows the moves for the out of shape beginner. (She's on the right.) The lady in the middle is a little more strenuous, and the lady on the left is for those who can really get with the exercise thing! It will accommodate all levels of ability. The same type of format is on both DVDs, so they are both good to use. The leader will explain the steps, but she'll also tell you just to keep walking in place if you can't follow the steps right away.

If you want to get more for your money, just buy the Bible study Celebrating Victory and you'll get the DVD with the strength and flexibility workout with it. If you buy Choosing Thankfulness, you'll get the CD for the aerobic workout. Then you'll also have those Bible studies to use when your group decides to study them. Alone, the DVDs are around $15.99...so getting them along with a Bible study is a bargain.
