Serves 4

3/4 c. nonfat plain yogurt
1 c. orange juice
3/4 c. peeled, diced apple
1 medium banana, frozen
1 tsp. vanilla extract
3 tbsp. smooth peanut butter
2 tbsp. wheat germ

Combine all ingredients in a blender and purée until smooth.

Nutritional Information Per Serving: 179 Calories; 7g Fat (33.2% calories from fat); 7g Protein; 24g Carbohydrate; 3g Dietary Fiber; 1mg Cholesterol; 90mg Sodium.
