Serves: 6

1/2 cup pineapple juice
1 tablespoon cornstarch
3/4 cup pineapple
1 banana
1 kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced
1 cup strawberries, quartered
1 small apple, peeled and diced
(or substitute your favorite fruits)

Thicken pineapple juice with one tablespoon cornstarch in a saucepan over medium heat. Pour over fruit and stir.

Nutritional Information Per Serving: 73 Calories; trace Fat (4.7% calories from fat); 1g Protein; 18g Carbohydrate; 2g Dietary Fiber; 0mg Cholesterol; 2mg Sodium.
