Serves 4

4 4-oz boneless, skinless chicken *******
1 cup chicken broth
1 tbsp. water
1/2 tsp. cornstarch
1/2 6-oz tub reduced-fat cream cheese with garlic and spices
3 cup hot cooked bowtie pasta
Chopped fresh parsley

In a large skillet, combine chicken and chicken broth. Bring to boil; cover, reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes, turning chicken after 8 minutes. Remove chicken from skillet; set aside and keep warm. Bring cooking liquid back to boil; cook 5 minutes or until reduced to 2/3 cup. In small bowl or cup, combine water and cornstarch; blend well and add to skillet. Bring to boil; cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Add cream cheese; coo until well blended, stirring constantly with whisk. Serve each breast half over 3/4 cup pasta; then toop with 3/4 cup sauce and garnish with parsely.
