I found this recipe on the SavingDinner.com web site under the Body Clutter Free Sample Menu. Made it last night and had one this morning for breakfast. It was pretty good. Anybody want to take a stab at the exchanges?
Frozen Yogurt Ceral Bar
Serves 8
2 1/2 cup Grape Nuts
1/4 cup honey
16 oz low fat vanilla yogurt
2/3 cup dry milk
1/3 cup rasberries
1/3 cup strawberries
1/3 cup blueberries
Lightly grease 8x8 pan with Pam. Line pan with 3/4 cup Grape Nuts. Blend honey, yogurt, dry milk and berries in food processor or blender until smooth. Fold in 1 cup Grape Nuts. Pour yogurt mixture into pan. Top with remaining 3/4 cup Grape Nuts. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
