Leftover VBS Supplies!

We just finished our VBS today. We have some leftovers--we had bought the large kit with some extra items--so we have original books, CD's, DVD's, posters, flannel board stories, etc. We also have lots of decoration posters we made if anyone is near us--they are welcome to them-we are in Washington state. We would like to try and get part of our cost back--but would be willing to give you a deal as well. If you are interested, email me and I would gladly get a list of items to you. Thanks!

Chad, there is always the option of making your own. GL provided the clipart at http://gospellightvbs.com/sonforce/catalog/updates.php

I put them in an address label format and printed 30 to a page. I used really nice ($.59) silver scrapbook paper from Micheal's. I printed them double sided (but removed the lines from the logo side so the offset wouldn't show). Then I laminated them before I cut them out. They are really thick. I used a small 1/8 hole punch added rings and put on small carabineers form OTC. They are finally finished, I need to post a picture.

Oh, and I am adding a blank tag w/ just the logo side to add their names.

I saw that post where you described how you made them. Wow, that sounds cool! We may end up doing that but we already have a lot of people putting together the items needed for the crafts and the main craft person is pretty busy. I am going to copy what you wrote and give it to her just in case! Thanks for the great idea!

We ordered blank dog tags (found on another post) and then printed out the clip art on clear address labels. I saw a set made and they are really cute. They look almost like the original ones. We are letting the kids put the clear label on in bible class and do one every day. Just another idea.

We just finished and have some extra stuff. We made our own dog tags and they came out great. I would love mine and my volunteers hard work to be used. When is your vbs and how much would you need? We also have ID badges and breifcases that came out great left over.
