A lot of members seem to have trouble getting in water and milk. I've found this to be a great way to add in a healthy snack or breakfast.

8 oz Fat Free Milk
3/4 C Strawberries
1/2 Med Banana
8 Ice Cubes (8 oz water)

Dump all the ingredients into a blender & process until you achieve the desired consistency. I actually wind up adding more ice because I like my smoothies very thick - almost like a milkshake.

I use 1 cup skim milk and 1 cup frozen strawberries (you can also use frozen peaches and blueberries) and sweetner of your choice, process in the blender. It will be very thick. This is my "ice cream". It's 1 milk and 1 fruit. It's really great in the summertime when it's really hot outside.
