Ingredients
3 cups canned peaches (water packed) or 4 cups fresh peaches
1 cup flour
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup juice from peaches; skim milk if using fresh peaches
4 Tbsp. light margarine
Preparation:
Melt margarine in bottom of baking dish. Mix flour, baking powder, salt, and liquid in a separate bowl. Pour over butter. Spoon peaches on the batter and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Exchanges: 3/4 bread, 1/2 fruit, 1/2 fat
