"Mounds" Balls

Serves 1

Ingredients:
1/3 cup non-fat powdered milk
1 Tbsp. cocoa
1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained
1 Tbsp. pineapple juice
1 tsp. flaked coconut, unsweetened
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. coconut extract

Preparation:
Mix all together well. Drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper and freeze. (Omit coconut = no fat)

Per Serving: 138 Calories; 1g Fat (8.9% calories from fat); 4g Protein; 30g Carbohydrate; 3g Dietary Fiber; 1mg Cholesterol; 49mg Sodium.

Exchanges: 1 milk, 1 fruit, 1 fat
