Space Kaleidoscope Rocket

I was just on OT and saw this idea. We were looking at a kaleidoscope craft and this helps make it more 'theme' oriented. Just thought I would pass is along.

Also, last year the older kids made colored bookmarks and note cards if they finished with their craft early. We then gave them to our Visitation Committee and they took them the shut ins. The shut ins loved having something from the kids and it gave the kids something to do other than coloring pages. We are going to do these again this year. We will simply cut cardstock and let the kids do pictures with their fingerprints.

I am making a note about the post cards, what a great way to add extra outreach! This would also be something easy for the 'teachers kids' that need something to do between dismissal and the parents being ready. Thanks!
