Help!!!

I purchased my Super Starter Pack today at my Christian Bookstore. Wahoo!!!:cool: I have a problem though. On my MyVBS.com handout in the Super Starter Pack it looks like the username and password isn't completely printed on the handout. Is there supposed to be a sticker wth the username and password? This is my first year directing a Gospel Light VBS so I wouldn't know if it's right or not. All it says on the handout is User and Pass under "Your Prepaid Password". Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Hi Josh,

On the back side of the myVBS flier, in the green box labelled "Your Prepaid Password," there's supposed to be some printing which lists a username and password. (Not just the words "Username" and "Password," but a string of letters and numbers for each one.)

If yours is blank, then there is definitely a problem with your flier. I haven't heard of this before--so it could be a misprint on one flier, or it could be more widespread.

The best thing to do is to call Customer Service at 800-235-3185. In the meantime, I'll let the right people know so that if the problem is more widespread, they'll be prepared. Thanks for letting us know!

Thanks Heather! It must not have printed out all of the way. I contacted the Christian Bookstore that I purchased it at. I'll call Customer Service tomorrow and see what happened. Anything that I can do to help a publisher out with their curriculum, I'm glad to help.
