I found this VBS Help site. Is it run by a regular on the Group Broads (I think). He has a place for ALL VBS publishers. It has a message board, an idea box were you can post pictures and instuctions it also has a download center for documents and stuff. He does not alow any copyright problems so documents CAN NOT have any SFK clip art, but you can tell what you did use.
I am going to start posting some of my documents over there for your guys to see. You will need to register do download files.
Check it out! It looks great and I thing SFK needs to go and support this great site!

Thanks Jen!
You're right, VBSHELP.com was originally an unofficial Group site back in 2004 when it started, but in 2006, we grew to include 6 publishers, and this year we are up to 15 different programs, including SonForce Kids and Gospel Light's VBSNOW.com curriculum!
I encourage you all to check out the site and create an account. TrintityJen posted three amazing downloads and decorder idea that are great helps for any VBS!
Also, coming in February, you can sign up for our free VBSweb! service. You can get a demo of it here: www.vbs2007.net/demo.
I also wanted to mention that I don't think Gospel Light has a policy against sharing files with clip art like other publishers do, so feel free to post your files with the logo. (If I'm wrong, please correct me!)
So, sign up and start sharing! I hope it will be a great tool for all of you!
And I have to thank Heather Wahl and Michelle Basich at Gospel Light for making this possible!

To reply to Josh Mullins's comment about sharing files that include our clip-art, here's my unofficial answer:
When we sell a clip-art CD or give clip art away on our website, we're licensing you to use it for your church or ministry. You can create your own T-shirts or publicity pieces, create personalized name tags, add a logo to your website--whatever you want to do to make your VBS a success!
Sometimes, churches make really cool things like CD labels, candy wrappers, etc. We think that's great! It's always fun for us to see what you do. And if someone makes something useful and decides to post it to a website to share with other churches, how great is that!
It's really about using discernment. A logo here and there, a fun piece of clip-art added to your pattern, etc., is not the same as say, uploading our entire clip-art library to your website, or republishing our entire Director's Guide. I just can't imagine anyone here doing something like that!
(And for those who want an official answer, there's a very nicely written, terribly legal disclaimer on all of our clip-art CDs!)

I went to the site and was able to locate the information for the files, but couldhn't actually find the files to open. What am I missing? Oops, got it. I forgot to log in, and you can't download if you don't.

My files are finally up on the VBS Help Site. Look under Downloads, SonForce Kids. I have some fonts, and a registration form.

Yep, you do need to create an account. It only requires a name, email, username, and password, and you are instantly verified. Then, just login and a download button appears!
