I love all the coloring sheets available to us in our kits, but I am looking for a coloring page for each of the Bible stories. These are excellent stories with excellent points, but hard to find in color sheets.( A suggestion for next years cirriculum). Thanks everybody and God bless.:)

1. Moses (as a baby in the basket)
2. Queen Esther
3. Daniel ( but not in the lions den as he's not in the lions den in this story)
4.Jeremiah
5.Joshua (spying in the land Caanan)

Thankyou , Josh !! :)
The stories are great ,but the pictures have been hard to find ,for me. These Bible heroes have done alot in their life time, not just the Lion's den,The 10 Commandments, & The Battle of Jericho !!:D God Bless :)

Hi maanki,

Coloring pages for all five of those stories can be found in Gospel Light's two Bible Story Coloring Pages books. (Moses, Esther, Daniel & Joshua are in volume 2. Jeremiah is in volume 1.)

Since it's too late in the day to focus on what I should be doing, maanki, if you'll send me a private message with a fax number, I'll be happy to fax you all five of those pages.

(But if we're going to have a VBS 2008 course for next year, I really ought to get back to work! So if anyone else wants them, I'm afraid you'll have to buy the books! ;))

As far as having those in our regular VBS Reproducible Resources book, thanks for the idea! We're working on another possible feature for that space, instead...but this is another option we might consider.

I found a cute idea at http://kidstalkaboutgod
It looks like a newspaper front page called Heaven Herald with the headlines "Esther Saves Jews from Death" or "Daniel and Friends Eat Veggies" as headlines. The rest of the page is blank for the kids to draw their own pictures and write a story, if desired. This probably would not be hard to recreate so that the other days could be included to make a full set.
Whadda ya think?

I have spent the better part of my free time today searching for coloring pages and have come to the conclusion that the ones we need aren't to be found. I may just have to draw my own:eek: !

I have some friends who are artists...hmmm...maybe if I smile nice, they will draw them and let me share:D .
