I'm looking for a tool that would allow me to take a recipe I make at home, enter the ingredients, and it would give me the nutrition information for that dish/serving. It seems like something like that should be out there, but I can't find it! Can anyone help me? Thanks!

There is a computer program called MasterCook. It will let you put in your recipe and it gives you the exchanges.

I use a web site that maybe you've seen. It's sparkpeople.com. On the meal planner, I just put in the ingredients I use and save them under the favorite foods so I can find them easily each time. It's pretty easy when you get started.

Twila is right. I just found that Mastercook will figure your exchanges and nutrition. I enter my recipes and it automatically figures it for me. :)
