I am having some trouble keeping the members of my group motivated when they reach a weight and stay there for a couple of weeks. Any ideas how to keep them encouraged to keep on the live-it plan? I myself have had many steady weeks and then went back to losing and have told them this, but they seem to need more encouragement and so am looking for other ideas.:D
