Ingredients:
3/4 cup cottage cheese (low calorie)
1/2 cup crushed pineapple (no sugar added, drained)
2 tablespoons walnuts (minced)
Preparation:
Combine cottage cheese and pineapple in a food processor and puree. Add walnuts. Spread mixture over bread. Serves 6. Walnuts are one of your best choices for nut, as they are high in polyunsaturated fatty acids.
