Exchanges: 1/4 milk, 1/2 fruit, 1 bread, 1 fat
Ingredients:
1 small box Jell-O sugar-free pudding (banana cream or vanilla)
1 can crushed pineapple (small, drained)
1 banana (sliced, ripe)
1 pie shell (baked, cooled)
1 8-ounce carton Cool Whip (lite)
Preparation:
Make pudding mixture as directed. Mix in banana and drained pineapple. Mix in 3 tablespoons of Cool Whip. Pour mixture in cooled pie shell. Top with rest of Cool Whip. Chill in refrigerator for one hour.
