Exchanges: per 1/2 cup serving: 1/2 meat, 1/2 milk

Ingredients:
3 cups 1/2 percent or skim milk (cold)
1 cup evaporated skim milk (undiluted, cold)
1 tablespoon rum flavoring
1 cup Egg Beaters
4 packages Equal
1 teaspoon vanilla
dash of nutmeg


Preparation:
Combine all ingredients EXCEPT nutmeg in blender. Process on low speed about 30 seconds or until frothy. Pour mixture into a saucepan and beat until steamy on a low heat. Do not boil. Chill and serve with a dash of nutmeg.
