Serves: 3/4 Cup

Exchanges: for 2-ounce serving: FREE

Ingredients:
1/3 cup light miso
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger

Preparation:
In a small bowl, blend together miso and water until smooth. Add vinegar and ginger, mix well. Great served with steamed vegetables or rice.
